Prevent Track Sag

Heavier doors can cause plasterboard compression over time, leading to track sag and reduced performance. GIB Inserts eliminate this by creating a solid mounting point in the timber framing behind your wall.

Do You Need GIB Inserts?

Most light weight door installations don't require GIB Inserts. You will want to use these if:

• Your door weighs over 50kg
• You're mounting to plasterboard walls (not timber or concrete)
