BH Construction
Huia Road / Master Bedroom & Ensuite Doors
Kingsland / Master Bedroom & Ensuite Doors
The Brief
Unlike most sliding doors which act as a hero feature of any room, the objective for BH Construction was to create a hidden track and rolling door hardware to allow their full floor-to-ceiling doors to blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
The Solution
Using top mounted pendant style rollers, Estrada worked closely with the builder and architect to ensure our sliding door hardware would provide premium functionality while remaining concealed from view, allowing for maximum height in the door panels.
What We Delivered
Full height sliding doors that integrate seamlessly with the walls to achieve an open contemporary space.
Sticks + Stones: Katie Scott
Bell Rd / Ensuite Doors
The Brief
In keeping with the transitional villa style of this project, the rolling door hardware needed to be hidden from view while maximising space between two side-by-side rooms; the ensuite and the walk-in wardrobe.
The Solution
Using a top-mounted pendant style roller allowed for less of the door to be concealed, lending to grandeur of the full-height panel doors. Using a bi-parting system to complement narrow doors, Estrada was able to achieve full access to one space while not compromising access to the other.
What We Delivered
Katie Scott of Sticks + Stones and Paramount Construction were able to maximise the use of the space so the owners can access both spaces from the master bedroom through full-height panel sliding doors. The room went on to win the 2021 TIDA New Zealand Designer Bathroom Suite of the Year.

Wanaka Furniture Design
The Brief
This beautifully-made custom door by Wanaka Furniture Design was not only large, but very heavy. The project required a roller door hardware solution that was capable of supporting the large door, as well as a modified track system to fix it into the wall.
The Solution
Estrada worked with Dave to create a steel flat bar packer that mounted to the wall. This roller door system had welded nuts on the back so that the tracking system could distribute the weight evenly along the wall, effortlessly bolting onto the wall for maximum support.
What We Delivered
A smooth, easy to operate sliding door system creating a functional focal point in the home. This one is certainly a conversation starter!
