Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped via the Aramex courier network.

  • Door systems: Flat rate $22.00 per order (domestic and rural)
  • Small items (handles, accessories): Flat rate $9.50 per order

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are configured and dispatched within 5 working days. Allow 1–3 days for delivery depending on your area. Rural zones may take an additional 1–3 days.

Rural Deliveries

We deliver to rural zones at no extra charge. However, please note the following:

⚠️ Orders over 1.5m CANNOT be delivered to rural addresses. If your address is rural and your track system is over 1.5m, your package will not be delivered and you will need to contact your local depot to arrange collection. We will not be able to rearrange delivery to another address.

Aramex uses different rural zones to NZ Post, so it pays to check your zone first: maps.fastway.co.nz — type in your address and check if delivery is STANDARD or RURAL.

Tracking

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order Pick-Ups

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Auckland. We do not currently offer a collection service.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that seeing something online is not the same as holding it in your hand. If you change your mind and would like a different style or a refund, get in touch and we can get it sorted for you.

We ask that you send all items back in an unused and un-fitted condition. If you require a refund, we will assess all items prior to processing.

Please note: Freight charges, payment processing fees, and custom modified items are not covered by this policy.
