We design and manufacture our barn door systems for longevity and proudly stand behind our products. All track and roller systems are rigorously tested to ensure years of trouble-free operation.

COMPONENT-SPECIFIC COVERAGE

Steel Track & Structural Components: 10-Year Warranty

Our laser-cut NZ steel tracks are engineered to last decades. We warrant against manufacturing defects, warping, and structural failure for 10 years.

Roller Assemblies & Bearings: 5-Year Warranty

Complete roller assemblies including high-strength polymer wheels and dual-sealed bearings are warranted against manufacturing defects and premature wear for 5 years under normal residential use.

Dulux Powder Coating: 5-Year Warranty*

We warrant our premium Dulux powder coating against chipping, fading, or premature wear for 5 years on all surfaces.

*Note: The top running surface of the track where wheels make contact will show normal wear patterns over time. This is cosmetic only and does not affect performance or structural integrity.

Soft Close Systems, Door Handles & Accessories: 2-Year Warranty

All soft close mechanisms, door handles, door guides, wall standoffs, and fitting accessories carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

WARRANTY REMEDY

We understand that dealing with a product issue can be disruptive. Our warranty process is designed to minimise inconvenience and get your system back to perfect operation quickly.

Minor Components

(Door guides, wall standoffs, brackets, floor guides, door handles, soft close mechanisms)

  • We provide replacement parts with detailed installation instructions
  • Most components can be replaced in 15-30 minutes without removing your door
  • Email technical support available during business hours

Major Components

(Track systems, complete roller assemblies)

  • We will assess whether repair or replacement is required
  • Remote assessment via photos/video (resolves 90% of enquiries)

Within first 12 months of purchase:

  • Replacement parts provided at no charge
  • Labour reimbursement up to $200 (incl. GST) with valid tradesperson's invoice

After 12 months (within warranty period):

  • Replacement parts provided at no charge
  • Installation is customer's responsibility
  • Technical support provided to facilitate installation

LIFETIME SUPPORT GUARANTEE

Whether your system is 2 years old or 20 years old, our Auckland-based support team is here to help. If any component fails or needs replacement at any stage of your product's life, we'll provide honest advice and cost-effective solutions.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Contact our support team via email with:
    • Photos or video of the issue
    • Description of the problem
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  2. We will assess your claim (typically same business day)
    • 90% of issues can be diagnosed remotely
    • We will determine appropriate remedy
  3. Approved claims are processed immediately
    • Replacement parts provided at no charge
    • Installation guidance and support provided
  4. Return of defective parts
    • If we require return of defective components for assessment, we will cover the cost of return shipping
    • Helps us maintain quality control and continuous improvement

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
  • Modifications or alterations made to the system
  • Commercial, industrial, or high-traffic applications (contact us for commercial warranty options)
  • Normal cosmetic wear on track running surface where wheels make contact
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage from natural disasters, flooding, or extreme environmental conditions
  • Costs incurred prior to warranty claim approval

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial installations require different warranty terms due to higher usage patterns. Contact our team to discuss commercial warranty options tailored to your application.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
