Tracking System

Complete Tracking System ready to run our Barn Door Kits.

Our tracks are made locally in NZ from NZ Steel unlike cheep imported modular tracks used on low quality systems. This system uses integrates with our flush track screws and wall stand-offs.

 

We are able to supply the correct stand-off system to ensure your door clearance is perfect - just get in touch with your door dimensions.

Track systems include:

- Wall stand-offs to suit your track length

- Black flush mounted track screws to suit our countersunk tracks

• Laser cut - extremely accurate specifications.
• Hand prepped and powder coated in Dulux Black
• Unique countersunk tracks with matching flush screws for a refined look.
• Includes wall spacers and all hardware to mount track.

Hole spacing is as follows:

• 1.4m ( 4 x fixing points at 400mm centres )
• 1.5m ( 4 x fixing points at 433mm centres )
• 1.6m ( 4 x fixing points at 466mm centres )
• 1.8m ( 5 x fixing points at 400mm centres ) 
• 2.0m ( 5 x fixing points at 450mm centres ) 
• 2.2m ( 6 x fixing points at 400mm centres )
• 2.4m ( 6 x fixing points at 440mm centres )

 

Minimum track length = (Door Width x 2) - Architrave width

Note: If no architrave is installed use the distance the door will cover the wall on the inside edge. Feel free to contact us for further advice.

Tracks can be cut down or joined with the use of a track joiner.  Tracks over 2.4m use 2 x tracks with our Slim Style track joiner.

Please note maximum length of track that can sent via courier is 2.4m. For longer tracks please arrange to collect or consider shorter tracks using a dedicated track joiner. Contact us for more information.
